World Missions

Our church family supports six missions around the world with regular financial and prayer support. We are interested in helping spread the message of the good news of the kingdom, and its King: Jesus. We love how these missionaries help poor and oppressed people, as they share Jesus' free offer of eternal life to all who believe in Him. Take a look below.

Knowing, loving, and serving the Son; together.

Bobby Reaume heads up "Soup Shack," an initiative here in Windsor to provide meals and other needs to people experiencing poverty and homelessness. You can drop off items in our lobby such as healthy snacks and new underwear, or bring them directly to their team every evening from 7-9pm, at City Hall Square in Windsor.

Gail Perecky, from New York state, has taken some time out of her fruitful ministry in Haiti and the Dominican Republic to be part of our church family for a spell. In the D.R. she founded Vineyard churches as well as Bible colleges. She oversees an orphanage in Haiti, providing food for the children every month.  See her "Reaching the Next Generation" website if you would like to support this work directly.

Phil and Jen Snell went to Brazil from the Vineyard in Cambridge, Ontario, for missions. They were led to João Pessoa on the eastern tip of the country, befriending young girls working the streets, sharing the love of Jesus with them, and helping them with life skills. You can read further about their work through Hope Ministries.

Windsor natives Mark and Gretchen Potma are church planters in Prague, in the largely secular country of Czech Republic (Czechia). When visiting Windsor, Mark joins other pastors in the city here at the Vineyard for our weekly prayer meeting for our region. Check out what they do under TEAM Canada

S and Z work in northern India to help people with life skill development, and look for opportunities to share the message of Jesus. Let Peter know if you would like to support them personally, and we can connect you.

We support a Canadian missionary in northern Africa sent by Power to Change to share the good news of Jesus, in a part of the world where Christianity is a tiny minority.
